abeard. I build my home 12/30/09. I have been swiggle around to several lenders. back in 2007. I did a reconvence and a subsitute of trustee it was done in the civil court every thing was file and it was sent to the bank with certify post mail. the bank stop calling me. I went to the court and I saw the they file assignment by us bank trustee for bear stearn in my records. after the attorney for the bank took me to court and get the judge to void out the reconveinces and told me that it was fraud. I told them that every thing was done within the courts systems. they still went along with the attorneys. I am in the state of Georgia it is a non judicial state. they can be very bias. I want to know if I can stop the sale of my house by bringing a class action suit against the bank because they never send me any letter in the mail notifying me that well fargo is not the lender any more. I call well fargo and they send me a letter stating that us bank trustee for bear stearn is my note holder. I got a call from some one and they told me that is, well fargo have my house up for sale. what should I do. thank you Ms Abeard.

abeard I have a forclosurs sale on 11/3/09. I have build my home back in 12/30/05 ever sense I have been swigled around so many time with different lenders. I did a reconvence and a subsitutes of trusee it was done in the county court of rea estate record. and I sent the lender several notices certify. the attornet went and find a way to do assignment with a comany like us bank as trusee for bear stearn. I was never notify that they are the new note holder. around that time I did modify my loan with well fargo, when well fargo was not the holder any more. now I am stock because I dont no what to do and who to do a work out with. Now they have my home for sale on november 3th 2009. I have to find a way to stop the sale. Should I do cuvil action suit against the lenders because I feel that I am like that lost in the hole. what should I do please send me a answers. they attorneys get the judges to be on their side and he call all my reconvence and the subtitutes of trusees fraud. and he void out all and told me that I am not allow to file any more paper in the real estate dept in the court. I never see any judjes like that. this is in the statw of Georgia non juducial states. thank you.
